About Us

GoMyGo is a fast-growing SaaS-based online booking platform focused on transforming the travel and ticketing experience in Nepal. We are building a modern digital platform for bus ticket booking and expanding toward a broader travel-tech ecosystem.

We are looking for a creative and product-focused UI/UX Designer who is not only good at design but also interested in product thinking, project management, user experience, and fast execution.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate should have experience or strong interest in designing SaaS products, dashboards, mobile apps, booking platforms, CRM systems, or similar digital products. This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow beyond visual design and actively contribute to product planning, feature improvement, user journey design, and project coordination.

The candidate must be highly willing to learn, adapt quickly, take feedback positively, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and final UI designs.
• Work closely with developers, product team, marketing team, and management.
• Understand user problems and convert them into simple and effective design solutions.
• Improve existing product screens, dashboards, CRM panels, and app interfaces.
• Maintain consistency in colors, typography, icons, spacing, and brand identity.
• Help plan product features, user journeys, and design priorities.
• Support basic project management tasks such as requirement collection, task breakdown, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Conduct competitor research and suggest better UI/UX improvements.
• Design marketing creatives when required, while keeping the product design as the main focus.
• Learn and adapt quickly according to business needs and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working on a SaaS product, dashboard, CRM, mobile app, booking platform, or similar digital product is preferred.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs.
• Basic understanding of product management or willingness to learn it.
• Ability to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and design trends.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and open to feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or admin panels.
• Experience in travel-tech, fintech, e-commerce, ticketing, or CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of front-end development such as HTML, CSS, React, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Interest in project management, product ownership, or team coordination.
• Ability to write simple product documentation or requirement notes.

Internship Opportunity

We are also offering an internship opportunity for candidates who are passionate about UI/UX design and willing to learn product design in a real SaaS environment.

Interns should have basic Figma/design knowledge, creativity, discipline, and a strong desire to learn. Good-performing interns may get the opportunity to continue as full-time team members.
