We work with multiple transport operators and manage real-time inventory, seat layouts, bookings, payments, refunds, customer support workflows, and operator-side systems.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer and QA Intern who are passionate about software quality, product reliability, and modern testing practices.
This role is suitable for someone who does not only test features manually, but actively thinks about user experience, edge cases, business workflows, API behavior, booking logic, payment journeys, and real-world operational issues.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and adapt to the latest developments in AI-assisted testing, test automation, API testing, performance testing, and quality engineering.
1. Mid-Level QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Test GoMyGo web platforms, mobile applications, admin panels, CRM systems, and operator dashboards.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and bug reports.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, usability, compatibility, and exploratory testing.
- Test critical booking flows including search, trip selection, seat selection, seat hold, payment, ticket generation, cancellation, refund, and notification workflows.
- Validate API behavior, request/response payloads, error handling, authentication, and business logic.
- Identify edge cases related to real-time seat inventory, concurrent bookings, payment failures, refunds, bus changes, route data, and passenger information.
- Report defects clearly with reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, expected results, actual results, severity, and priority.
- Coordinate closely with developers, product managers, customer support, operations, and design teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, release testing, and post-release validation.
- Help establish QA processes, release checklists, test documentation standards, and quality metrics.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives using suitable tools and frameworks.
- Explore and use AI-powered testing tools for test case generation, test data creation, bug analysis, automation support, and faster regression testing.
- Stay updated with modern QA methodologies, automation tools, AI testing trends, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, or SaaS products.
- Good understanding of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, smoke testing, and UAT support.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, GitHub Issues, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication flows.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify hidden edge cases.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or another programming language.
- Experience testing payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, booking systems, travel platforms, or real-time inventory systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
- Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Postman performance workflows.
- Experience using AI tools for QA, testing, documentation, or automation workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
2. QA Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the QA team in testing GoMyGo web, mobile, CRM, and admin platforms.
- Execute test cases under the guidance of the QA Engineer or Product Team.
- Perform basic functional testing, UI testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.
- Identify and report bugs with clear screenshots, recordings, and reproduction steps.
- Test booking flows, seat selection, payment flows, login/signup, notifications, refunds, and customer-facing screens.
- Help maintain test case documents, checklists, bug reports, and release testing records.
- Learn API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Support the team in testing new features before release.
- Research and experiment with AI-powered QA tools, test case generators, bug-reporting tools, and automation platforms.
- Actively learn software testing methodologies, product workflows, and travel-tech operations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Interest in web applications, mobile applications, product development, and software quality.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to explore how systems work.
- Ability to communicate issues clearly and systematically.
- Willingness to learn manual testing, API testing, automation testing, and AI-assisted QA workflows.
- Basic knowledge of software development, APIs, or databases will be an advantage.
